Progressions and Promotions:  All athletes that take tumbling classes at Zone Cheer will take part in a quarterly evaluation process thats goes along with our class descriptions.  We have created a rubric that we will utilize to evaluate the tumbling skills, keep record of progress for each athlete and move them up to the next class level when they have mastered the skills in their current class.  This program assists us in making sure no athlete is left behind and progressing towards short and long

Two Classes:  $105 and consist of any two classes, tumbling or dance.  Just register for the classes below, the fees will be adjusted once registered.

Three Classes:  $125 and consist of any three classes, tumbling or dance. Just register for the classes below, the fees will be adjusted once registered.

All of our private lessons are booked on line. Click the link above and a calendar will open with every coach listed that has private lesson times on the days they are available. Make Up Classes are: Monday's, 5:30pm-6:30pm & Friday's 6:30pm-7:30pm

Mommy & Me Tumble/Cheer: Come spend time with your little ones with one of the most qualified tumbling and cheer coaches at Zone Cheer to start them young!  Ages 3 and 4.

Beginner Tumble:  This class is designed to learn all the fundamentals in cheer tumbling. Our athletes will work on flexibility, front walkovers, back walkovers, hand stands, cartwheels, round offs, forward and backward rolls and all drills to help athletes progress to the next level.  The class will also continue to focus on drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards the elite tumbling skills. 

 

Progressive Intermediate Tumble:  This class is designed for the beginner tumbler who has mastered majority of beginner tumbling skills and needs dedicated focus on a few more skills to move to the intermediate level. focus will also be placed on the connection of the round off and back handspring as well as mastering the standing back handspring. the athlete will train progressions while being encouraged to take it to the next level.  The class will also continue to focus on drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards the elite tumbling skills.

 

Intermediate Tumble:  This class is designed for the tumbler who has mastered the Back handspring series and is progressing towards more intermediate skills including front walkover roundoff back handspring, jump to tumble combination,  and continue to work drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards taking it to the next level. 

 

Progressive Advanced Tumble: This class is designed for the intermediate tumbler who is ready to master the back tuck from the roundoff and from the back handspring as well as begin focus on front tumbling and combination passes including: punch fronts, front handspring, fly spring.  The class will also  continue to focus on drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards the elite tumbling skills.

 

Advanced Tumble:  This class is designed for the tumbler who has mastered the round off back handspring tuck and is progressing towards more advanced skills including whips, layouts, higher level jump to tumble combinations.  The class will also continue to focus on drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards the elite tumbling skills.  

 

Elite Tumble:  This class is designed for the tumbler who has mastered all skills at the advanced level and is prepared to learn twisting and bounding skills including: fulls, double full, Arabians, connected bounding elements.  The class will also continue to focus on drills, conditioning and flexibility to progress towards the mastery of elite tumbling skills.  

 

Back Handspring: This class is designed to educate the tumbler on the mechanics of the back handspring as well as mastering the skill of the back handspring utilizing drills and exercises to strengthen and master the back handspring.   

 

Tricks And Flips:  This class is designed for the tumbler and non tumbler alike to focus on fun tricking skills in a safe learning environment.  Athletes will learn body awareness, while developing skills and various tricking techniques.  The class will also include conditioning and flexibility exercise to help the athlete progress in their abilities.

 

** Flyer Only Stunt Class:  This class is designed for those flyers to master their technique and to learn different skills while stunting with the coach.   

 

Stunt Classes:  This class is designed for the individual athlete or for stunt groups from any cheer squad to come in to master sequences they maybe struggling with and need extra  practice to become more confident with for competition.  

 

Flexibility Class: This class is designed for any cheer squad to come in and master flexibility in all body positions to become a stronger with ease of pulling skills during performances.  During this class the instructor will assist in enhancing their flexibility utilizing different stretches and condition exercises to do so.  This class will help grow the athlete in her confidence.

 

Cheer Prep Classes: This class is designed for boys and girls to learn all aspects of cheerleading including: motion technique, jumps, tumbling and stunting. This class will prepare the athlete for school, recreational or all-star cheer tryouts.
